Design Scenarios

Below you’ll find links for each of our seven (7) multi-family sites and our vacant lot at Levy Avenue. Each link will show you several design options being considered at these sites. The scenarios begin with more conservative “rehab/renovation” approaches and become more intensive as they move towards the “redevelopment” approaches.
For each scenario you’ll see a 2-dimensional plan of what the neighborhood would look like from above. This will give you some idea of how the buildings could be arranged. You’ll also see a 3-dimensional perspective of what the massing or scale of the buildings could look like under each arrangement. Each scenario will have a description of what type(s) of housing unit(s) and/or commercial spaces are included, as well as the number of units being proposed in each one.
