Master Planning Begins: First Meetings Show Strong Resident Interest

The initial Phase I meetings of the Master Planning process showed strong participation from residents and community stakeholders. Thanks to everyone that came out. Phase II is set to begin at the end of June. The schedule is as follows:
Phase II — Community Visioning — ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
All meetings will provide childcare and refreshments. Meeting locations will be in or near the public housing sites, and are open to anyone who wants to learn more about our process!
Session 1 – (Monday Afternoon, June 29th — Wednesday Morning, July 1st)
• Monday, June 29th from 6:30 – 8:30pm @ Westhaven Community Center, 801 Hardy Drive
• Monday, June 29th from 6:30 — 8:30pm @ South 1st Street Community Center, 1000 South 1st Street
• Tuesday, June 30th from 12:00 — 2:00pm @ Westhaven Community Center - **This meeting is for CRHA Youth**
• Tuesday, June 30th from 9:00 — 11:00am, Meeting with Community Stakeholders @ Charlottesville Community Design Center, 100 5th St. NE
• Tuesday, June 30th from 12:00 — 2:00pm @ Crescent Halls Community Center, 500 South 1st Street
• Tuesday, June 30th from 6:30 — 8:30pm @ Burley Middle School, 901 Rose Hill Drive
